Located in a heritage-protected residential and commercial building in the center of Moscow, this office suite was built in 1903 and recently transformed by the creative team at 4A Architekten.
The interior transformation involved setting the rooms according to the needs of the agency that opened its offices here. Therefore, the agency needed a space as spacious and as representative as possible for its events and workplaces.
According to the expressed needs, the 85 m2 office was transformed into a wow space suitable for not less than 15 workplaces.
The open layout, together with the fluid transitions and the simplicity of the colors and materials contributed to the unique result of this office loft. The string character of the space derives from the special, clean ambiance and the exposed tiled walls.
In order to enable the maximum amount of available space, the interior furniture was designed by 4A Architekten and tailored according to the specific requirements.
The architects were also responsible for the technical features of the office space involved in the project. Light clean lines weave in and out of the modern loft.
The art objects were provided by the client from his private collection and selected according to the vision of the architects.
The space has an airy main area and chic connections with the other offices. The black leather chair is the eye-catching artwork that completes the black radiator in contrast with the red-bricked walls.
