Kurrimine, a lovely beach house, is ideal for a relaxing holiday on the ocean coast. This 256 m² beachfront home decorated by Higham Building Group has been designed to complement the beautiful ocean view and invites in the pleasant sea breeze.

The relaxing environment is also created by the soothing color palette which includes whites, blues, and greys together with quality timber look finishes. An extra dimension has been added to the exterior with the use of additional small spaces.

The house is centered around a natural courtyard surrounded by a wooden look deck that facilitates the movement through the interior garden.

On the front side of the beach house, the entertaining area has been isolated by installing several aluminum shutters that run the whole length of the wall.

Apart from the aesthetic function, the shutters also prevent from damage in extreme weather and are also retractable with flyscreens built into the shutters.
